Manage data entry, reporting, and provide admin support for marketing, claims, and brokers.

• Entry / register data to system
• Handle data reporting by Ms. Excel
• Support of daily activities for PIC Marketing / PIC Claim / PIC Broker

Drive business growth and client engagement in assigned branch or representative office by managing local marketing, sales partnerships, and insurance distribution channels.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in insurance marketing, business development, or partner management.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Familiar with insurance products and marketing processes.
• Willing to be placed in branch or representative office locations (Batam, Medan, Bandung, Surabaya, Semarang, Denpasar, Palembang).

Conduct internal audits to assess controls, identify risks, and recommend improvements for governance and compliance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Auditing.
• Minimum 1 year experience in internal audit.
• Analytical with strong attention to detail.
• Understanding of audit procedures and standards.

Manage company cash flow, banking transactions, and liquidity to ensure financial stability and efficiency.
