MSIG Indonesia will take the necessary steps to delete and destroy Your Personal Data after the purpose of data processing is completed and Your data is no longer needed, in accordance with the provisions and laws in force in Indonesia. However, in the interests of national security, the process of resolving legal disputes in the Court, compliance with regulations in the financial services sector, payment systems, and in the interests of the state, Your Personal Data will remain stored in the MSIG Indonesia database.
7. Applicable Law
This Data Privacy Policy is subject to the Republic of Indonesia Personal Data Protection Law and its implementing regulations and changes from time to time.
