Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level IT support for users.
  • Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues.
  • Record and escalate technical incidents when needed.
  • Ensure timely resolution and user satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in IT support/helpdesk.
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems and troubleshooting.
  • Good communication and service orientation.
