- Handle facultative reinsurance placements and negotiations.
- Review submissions and recommend coverage terms.
- Coordinate with brokers and reinsurers for approval.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Insurance, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year experience in facultative reinsurance.
- Knowledge of reinsurance principles.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
