- At the occurance of the loss/incident, take necessary steps to minimise further loss or damage to the goods.
- You may assist and cooperate with our appointed surveyors during the course of their survey.
- Please check the natural of loss or damage to these classification:
- Non Delivery
- Loss / damage (other than non delivery exceed US$ 5,000). This identification should conduct independent surveyor.
- Loss / damage (other than non delivery not exceed US$ 5,000)

Notify us & submit document
- You may notify us of your accident and ask for a claim note by contacting our phone at 021 - 252 3110 Ext. 288/373 or Fax at 021 - 252 4083 during working hour (Mon-Fri, 08:00 -17:00 WIB).
- We will send a claim note directly to your email
- You should fill out the claim note and complete all required documents before submit it to us.
